Model DM

I've been on a nostalgia trip lately. I kind of miss drawing clunky armor and Kirby, so I mixed the two. Based off of a design from awhile ago on a 'biometal' based off of Dark Matter from the Kirby series more specifically the armored knight version from KDL2. Since there isn't much to base a Dark Matter design off of. Zero Two, maybe, but there still isn't much.

This is just a sketch to keep me warmed up and try out some new coloring techniques you won't notice here (but it speeds up the base coloring process immensely). Thank you Nuzlocke livestreams...

Mega Man/Kirby Model DM endowes himself with all of his abilities as the Dark Matter form except possession, because he’s already possessing a being when merged as he has complete control of his host, Baryon, when merged. He is able to pull off the typical three combo attack, a spin jump, and able to charge his sword and release an electric shockwave from it (which costs about 2 WE). Megaman Model DM can also release a bolt of lightning from the tip of his sword towards any opponents (Costing 3 WE). His signature attack is his ability to create small blobs of Dark Matter that can damage foes as he launches them. They also randomly float around as well, mostly around him to create a meatshield. He also harbors the ability to levitate (in the games it’s flying but that’s stretching it), and he can dash towards, his sword out to stab any in his way.

There is one catch with Megaman Model DM. In the presence of any elements or people with very negative influences (aka evil people or Model W), he will grain strength and his power will increase about 1.25% as well as be able to outflow a lot more dark matter. However in the presence of any light, or very good people but it's very specific, like Model X since he's the main character of the storyline and a hero, or literal light element weapons, he will weaken a bit to 75% power, and get a little bit bitchy. Both catches can be good or bad things depending on what side Dark Matter feels like being on.

Mega Man Model DM's has no elemental power, much like the Shadow Mega Man. He has a very slight weakness to ice, though, due to the use of electricity in his sword.
